If you find yourself wanting to use pre-recorded video content over and over then the best thing to do would be to upload that video, once, to your Document Library and then use it whenever you need to send a new Eyejot video message. This is a common use for the Document Library and is available for Eyejot PRO Plus and PRO Enterprise users.
To select video from your Document Library for use as the out-bound video message, open your compose message interface and then open the library using a special button shown below.
With the Document Library open, select a video file and press the Select button. Since only video content can be used, a warning message will be displayed if you attempt to use a document with another format.
After you have selected a video file from the library the system will begin preparing your message. This may involve converting the file to a format compatible with Eyejot. This process can take anywhere from a few seconds to 30-45 seconds, depending upon the format, the size of the original video file and the duration of the video. During conversion you'll see the following screen (relevant area highlighted in red):
After your file has been converted it should appear in the preview window. Be sure to press the Play button (shown below) to review your message. If you need to select another video from your library, repeat the steps above. If you want to use your webcam to record a live message, just press the Record button.
