Help :: Problems connecting to our servers

Currently, Eyejot requires you to be online and connected to the Internet in order to record messages. In addition to accessing our website, recording a message also requires you to be able to connect to our media server.

We have configured our systems so that most users are able to use Eyejot without any special configuration. However, if you can get to the website, but see a clock icon which never goes away whenever you try to record a message, you may be experiencing problems connecting to our media server. This is usually caused by a firewall or other internet filtering program.
